Appeal from Coal County Court; R.H. Wells, Judge.
J.A. Carmack and John Price were convicted of violating the prohibitory law, and appeal. Affirmed.
C.M. Threadgill, for plaintiffs in error.
Smith C. Matson, Asst. Atty. Gen., for the State.
PER CURIAM. Plaintiffs in error were convicted in the county court of Coal county on the 12th day of May, 1910, on a charge of having the unlawful possession of intoxicating liquor, and were each sentenced to pay a fine of fifty dollars and serve thirty days in the county jail. A careful examination of the record discloses no error prejudicial to the substantial rights of the plaintiffs in error, and the judgment of the trial court is, therefore, affirmed.
