Chas. West, Atty. Gen., and C.E. Hall, Co. Atty., for the State.
PER CURIAM. Plaintiff in error, Hubert Spears, was tried and convicted at the January, 1913, term of the county court of Jackson county on a charge of selling intoxicating liquor, and his punishment fixed at a fine of $175 and imprisonment in the county jail for a period of thirty days. We have carefully examined the record and are of opinion that the judgment should be affirmed. It is therefore so ordered.
