ORDER CORRECTING PUBLISHED OPINION
ORDER ISSUING MANDATE
¶1 Appellant in the above styled case has filed an Application to Correct Published Opinion. Appellant is joined by Appellee in requesting this Court accelerate the mandate in this case in the interests of justice and to expedite the resolution of Appellant's case. Appellant's published case is found at O.W.M., Jr. v. State, ___ P.2d ___, 68 OBJ __, 1997 OK CR 49 (September 18, 1997).
¶2 Appellant contends this Court made an error in reporting the facts of his case. After a review of the record, we agree. Accordingly, Appellant's motion to correct language in the opinion is hereby GRANTED. In the first full paragraph of the second page, the sentence which reads: "Appellant found the gun and shot the victim three (3) times, twice in the head and once in the mouth" should be CORRECTED to read: "Appellant found the gun and shot the victim three (3) times, twice in the back and once in the mouth."
¶3 The Application to Correct the Published Opinion is GRANTED. The Clerk of this Court is ordered to issue the mandate forthwith.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
WITNESS OUR HANDS AND THE SEAL OF THIS COURT this 10th day of October, 1997.
