PROCUREMENT OF CHILD FOR PORNOGRAPHY -- ELEMENTS
No person may be convicted of procurement of child for pornography unless the State has proved beyond a reasonable doubt each element of the crime. These elements are:
Second, procuring/causing the participation of;
Third, a child under the age of 18;
Fourth, in any child pornography.
