PROCUREMENT OF MINOR FOR (CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE)/OBSCENE MATERIAL 

No person may be convicted of procurement of a minor for (child sexual abuse)/obscene material unless the State has proved beyond a reasonable doubt each element of the crime. These elements are:

First, knowingly;

Second, procuring/causing the participation of;

Third, a minor under the age of 18;

Fourth, in any (child sexual abuse)/obscene material.
