Habeas Corpus--insufficiency of Convict's Petition. Where neither copy of information nor judgment and sentence is attached to petition, and allegations of petition plead conclusions of law only, and no facts are alleged which would defeat jurisdiction of trial court to pronounce sentence upon conviction for crime of robbery, demurrer of respondent will be sustained and petition for writ of habeas corpus will be dismissed.
