CORRECTION ORDER

¶1 The opinion in the above entitled cause, Welch v. State, 1998 OK CR 55, 69 OBJ 3524, handed down on October 7, 1998, is hereby withdrawn. The opinion erroneously omitted the Court's analysis of the denial of Evidentiary Hearing. The corrected opinion is simultaneously handed down with this correction order as Welch v. State, 1998 OK CR 58, ___ P.2d ___.
