ORDER CORRECTING OPINION 

 

¶1  On September 5, 2003, this Court handed down our Opinion in the above-referenced appeal.  On page 12 of said Opinion, Paragraph 35, Richard Wintory is erroneously identified as “Assistant Attorney General.” 

¶2  IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Opinion is hereby corrected to read “Assistant District Attorney Richard Wintory” rather than “Assistant Attorney General Richard Wintory”.
