Appointed to the Court on August 5, 2005. Born in Ardmore, Oklahoma, is married and has two children. Graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Business Economics major. Graduated from the University of Oklahoma Law School in May, 1983. Attorney-At-Law from 1984 to 1987. Assistant District Attorney Comanche County Courthouse, Lawton, Oklahoma, from 1987 to 1991. Special District Judge, Comanche County Courthouse January 14, 1991 to April 2, 1999. District Judge of Comanche, Stephens, Cotton, and Jefferson Counties from April 2, 1999 until August 5, 2005. President, Oklahoma Judicial Conference, 2004. Oklahoma Bar Foundation Fellow.
