A new (optional) form for the Court’s Findings for Purposes of Initial Bail Determination has been approved for use by Oklahoma judges, as guidance, or as a checklist when determining bail in a case. The Order form is available on the OCCA website under the dropdown navigation for Court Resources > Initial Bail Order Form/Checklist.
