VIOLATION OF PROTECTIVE ORDER - ELEMENTS

No person may be convicted for violation of a protective order unless the State has proved beyond a reasonable doubt each and every element of the crime. These elements are:

First, willful;

Second, violation of a protective order;

Third, served on the defendant.
