The Court of Criminal Appeals would like to honor our Presiding Judge, Judge David Lewis, for his contributions to our State and the Court during Black History Month. Judge Lewis is a celebrated jurist and the first African-American appointed to the Court in 2004 and the first African-American Presiding Judge.
