Rule 8.2 Immediate Confinement on Refusal or Neglect to Pay Fine and/or Costs

If the defendant, by judicial finding, is financially able but refuses or neglects to pay the fine and/or costs in accordance with the court order, he/she may be immediately confined. SeeSection 983(D) of Title 22.
